Paragon Skills, an apprenticeship provider, had just undergone a re-brand for print, and needed a revamped website that made information accessible to a wide range of users, including learners, parents, employers and schools.
User Experience (UX)
Chorus Digital has extensive experience in the learning and awarding sectors, so we began researching alongside Paragon Skills, creating key user journeys and information architecture that guided the design of prototypes for user testing.
The resulting page designs were crafted to guide users through the site to the appropriate information for them, such as course details, apprenticeship vacancies, or information on finance for employers. We also employed a decision tree to help users find courses that suit their learning styles and interests.
A simplified navigation structure works responsively to take users to the correct information.
We took the rebrand that Paragon had undertaken and translated it to work online, using the sub brand colours and iconography to visually reference different sectors and types of courses.
The result is a bright, clean website that works across all devices.
